Mar 2021 56% is just the starting point
The recent Customer Satisfaction Survey showed that, on a scale of 1 to 10, 56% of customers would definitely recommend Metalmont to a friend or colleague: it is a great satisfaction for the Metalmont team that stays aware that it is only the starting point to do MORE and BETTER.
Among the most appreciated aspects are: the good quality / price ratio, the adequacy to the product technical specifications and performance needs, but above all the lifespan of the products and the used components.
The evaluations on services were also very positive, especially the availability of people, competence, attention to the customer and the response time of the technical and commercial staff.
The results of this survey are a source of satisfaction for us and represent the commitment to improve ourselves and develop new products, services and solutions.
