There is a fil rouge<\/em>\u2014a common thread\u2014that connects the global challenges of the labor market, entrepreneurial innovation, and technical development in the primary sector. Over the past few weeks, I had the privilege of following this path through three key events that placed the African continent at the center, not just as a land of opportunity, but as a protagonist of both the present and the future.<\/p>\n

Here are the three fundamental stages of this journey:<\/p>\n

  1. The Human Capital: Venice, October 16<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Hosted at the prestigious The Human Safety Net house, the Talent Beyond Boundaries<\/strong> event shone a spotlight on «working corridors.» The challenge discussed is crucial: how to match the unanswered demand for knowledge workers with the vast pool of skilled professionals from emerging markets. The need to build structured bridges to transform human potential into shared value has never been clearer.<\/p>\n

    1. Models of Innovation: Palermo, November 3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The debate moved south for the World Bank conference (Africa Growth and Opportunity: Research in Action). Here, the focus was on African entrepreneurship as a role model. It is not just about investing, but about learning: innovative African enterprises are sharing experiences and lessons learned that can inspire resilient new business models globally.<\/p>\n

      1. Industrial and Agricultural Vision: Milan, November 12<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The concluding stage, organized by SACE with the OCP Group, touched on themes closest to our industry: the new frontiers in the mining and agricultural sectors. It emerged clearly that technical knowledge, a long-term vision, and solid people organization are the pillars defining the future of these vital industries.<\/p>\n

        Conclusion<\/p>\n

        Participating in these three events has reinforced a core conviction: Africa is, by far, the present and the future. The road to building solid synergies is not easy, but it is an incredibly inspiring and rewarding path for those who look ahead with competence and dedication.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
