The construction of the warehouse, connected to the already existing silo plant, allowed to increase the volume of storage up to 110,000 tons.<\/p>\n

Metalmont supplied all the machinery for the mechanization and complete automation of the warehouse:<\/p>\n

-the RO-200 levelling robot<\/a> (200 t \/ h capacity) for loading, levelling and unloading the product,<\/p>\n

–chain<\/a> and belt conveyors<\/a>, and bucket elevators<\/a>, serving the warehouse and connecting it with the existing silo plant,<\/p>\n

-the bulk loading silo for the unloading of the product on trucks,<\/p>\n

-the ventilation system and the product temperature control system (thermometry),<\/p>\n

-electrical panels and software for automatic management of the plant.<\/p>\n

This solution allows the customer to quickly receive the product, distribute it evenly within the sections of the warehouse, carry out the transport of cereals and seeds from one plant to another and from one section of the warehouse to another, checking the temperature of the product and sending it to the railway or trucks.<\/p>\n
