The SEED<\/span><\/strong><\/a> (Social Innovation Ecosystem Development) project, an initiative co-founded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, which had European schools and companies as main characters, has recently ended.<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to promote and facilitate communication between school and business<\/strong> through guiding figures such as company tutors, school mentors and by using innovative and simplified digital project management and marketing tools.<\/p>\n

Metalmont “launched the challenge” to 6 high school guys and girls, 3 students from Vittorio Veneto and 3 from Maribor, Slovenia. The goal is to obtain design metal objects from production waste in a circular economy perspective,<\/strong> to be designed, manufactured and sold.<\/p>\n

The students had the opportunity to test their technical and economic skills and competences during the course of study alongside the company tutor and the teachers involved.<\/p>\n
