The start-up phase of two new machines purchased by Metalmont with the aim of increasing production capacity, reducing delivery times and increasing the quality of the products has just been completed.<\/p>\n

The machines, of the newest conception, are<\/p>\n

a metal sheet laser cutting system<\/strong><\/span> with a fiber optic technology, which allows a cutting speed 6 \u00f7 8 times higher than the traditional CO2 technology (already available in the company), integrated with a metal sheet loading \/ unloading and storage system that makes it possible to use the machine in an automatic mode 24\/7;<\/p>\n

a latest generation press-bending machine<\/strong><\/span>, equipped with automatic control of the bend angle on all the workpieces, and a tool cabinet for the automated change of punches and dies.<\/p>\n

Both machines are equipped with an operator panel to perform any operation on the machine and a CAM software controlled by the technical office for remote programming, starting from the 3D CAD design of the product. The new machines are interconnected with the company ERP system according to the principles of Industry 4.0<\/strong>, which allows you to control and optimize the operating cycles and view production data in real time in specific dashboards.<\/p>\n

With this important investment, Metalmont undertakes to increase production capacity<\/strong>, to ensure a more punctual and timely control of costs<\/strong> and working phases, to reduce lead times and to guarantee higher quality<\/strong> of the finished product.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
